The continuation of J. Michael Straczynski's Supreme Power (MAX) series when it was brought over to the regular Marvel print. Unfortunately, the series ended with issue 7, right in the middle of a story arc. The reason for cancelation was that artist Gary Frank started working for DC Comics. At first, Marvel planed to publish an issue 8 with art by Mike Deodato Jr, but this issue was never published. A new Squadron Supreme Vol.3 series was started in 2008, although the story that started in this volume was never finished.
