With all their would-be assassins dead, The Killer and Fox gather weapons so they can fight back. At the same time, Mr. Rictus contacts the other families from inside The Professors hideout (while he eats him) to tell them that things are going to change now that he's in charge.
The Killer and Fox go around the city killing every supervillain they can find, then head to The Professor's base. The two of them work their way to Mr. Rictus and his private group of villains and Fox says The Killer can take them all on his own, and with nothing but two guns and a knife, he does. Before he kills Mr. Rictus he asks him who killed his father. Rictus tells him it was Lee Harvey Oswald and The Killer slits his throat. With everyone dead he's about to leave when his father appears out of nowhere.
