USA X-FORCE VOL 1 # 118

One of the biggest hit-series of the 1990's! X-Force continues the story of The New Mutants (vol.1) as the team of young mutants come under the leadership of mercenary Cable and became a strike-force taking out threads all over the world.

The young mutants have become soldiers in the war for peace and take a more aggressive stand then before. With issue 102, the Counter X crossover was started, which lasted until issue 115 when the old team vanished from their own magazine.

With issue 116, a new team of tv-star-celebrity mutants would take over the book. This team, created by Peter Milligan and Michael Allred would be re-launched as X-Statix. Later on the Original X-Force team would reclaim their name.
